Suite Features
Each suite features smooth finish ceilings with a height of approximately 9 or 10 feet and plank engineered hardwood flooring in the entry, living/dining area, bedrooms and den. All the closets come with wire shelving. All suites also come with either a balcony or terrace. Each suite has an individually controlled heating/cooling system and is individually metered.
The kitchen features contemporary cabinetry, extra height upper cabinets and deep upper cabinet above the fridge. Countertops are your choice of granite or engineered quartz with valance lighting under kitchen upper cabinets. There is a choice of glass tile, ceramic subway or marble mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen and sink with pull out faucet. Each suite contains a six piece Energy Star built-in appliance package.
The bathroom features a floating vanity cabinet with a slab marble countertop and a mirror above, porcelain or ceramic tiling and flooring, and a luxurious soaker tub. The plumbing finishes are white with brushed nickel faucets.
